Klineo

The Klineo solution is based on a multidisciplinary founding team composed of a medical oncologist from the Gustave Roussy Institute and two polytechnic engineers.

Klineo wishes to put technological advances at the service of patients in order to accelerate the inclusion of patients in clinical trials, with the aim of promoting the clinical development of new therapies and reducing disparities in access to new treatments for all patients, whether they are followed up in an expert center or not.

Patient health data on Klineo is Confidential and stored on servers in france certified HDS (Health Data Hosters) by the Ministry of Health.

The certification of health data hosts is mandatory and has a validity period of 3 years, with an annual surveillance audit. This certification aims to strengthen the protection of personal health data and to establish an environment of trust for patient follow-up.

Linking your account to that of your oncologist will allow you to share your profile and the clinical trials you want with him or her directly via the platform in order to discuss them during consultations.

This association step allows your oncologist to have quick access to your patient profile, which facilitates the identification of suitable clinical trials and will potentially lead him to contact them.

On the home page, you can enter the contact details of your oncologist (name, first name, email, practice center,...) to associate your account with his.

This step will allow you to share with your oncologist:

  1. Your patient profile, thus facilitating his work by saving him time to search for suitable clinical trials.
  2. Key testsIdious that you saved during your searches (sharing trials is not automatic, you are free to choose which trials to share or not).

Following your search, you have the option of selecting one (or more) trial (s) and sending one (or more) request (s) to the investigative centers.

You must then fill out a patient form to be attached to your request and the information entered during the search is automatically pre-filled there.

NB: It is also possible, via the home page, to send a request for a patient directly to DITEP for phase 1/2 trials opened at the Gustave Roussy Institute.

If you are an investigator of one or more partner trials, you have access to receive inclusion requests via your Klineo account (“Requests Received” tab).

You can also consult the list of trials for which you are investigators on the “My Trials” page.
